I.T.E.C. Teaching Diploma Course
March 2009 will see the commencement of the I.T.E.C. Teaching Diploma Course at Portlaoise College of Beauty Therapy. This Diploma Course is open to C.I.D.E.S.C.O. Therapists and Therapists that hold C.I.B.T.A.C. and/or I.T.E.C. qualifications in any of the following:
- Beautician/Beauty Specialist
- Body Therapy
- Anatomy, Physiology and Massage
- Electrology
- Nail Technician
- Complementary Therapies ie. Reflexology, Aromatherapy etc.
On completion of the Teaching Diploma Course you will be eligible to teach the module/modules that you are qualified in. A recognised Teaching Diploma is essential in order to gain employment as a teacher in private or public colleges.
